Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, although we are UK based, we provide delivery services to a number of regions. If your country is not included in the delivery options then please enquire for it to be added at contact@zidouri.com. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

In the unlikely instance that you have to return your item, contact us prior to returning it. We will then ask you to send the parcel back in its original packaging (if possible). We will also provide you with a return address which you will then need to place onto the parcel.

 

Can i return a customised Arabic hoodie or other Personalised garments?

 

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at contact@zidouri.com and we will assist you. Incorrect spelling of names are not classed as a faulty item and will not be eligible for refund. The ordering of a size that turns out not to fit you is also not eligible for a refund. In Addition, note that you have 14 days from the day of the receipt to return any item. Please refer to our Terms and conditions for more information. 

How do I track my order?

 

Contact us and we will provide you with the full tracking information for your order! 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Our current courier are Royal Mail and if any issues arise with the delivery, let us know and we'll contact them on your behalf.

What are your delivery options?

 

Presently, we only offer one standard shipping method to all the regions we deliver to. When you select a delivery method at the checkout, you will be provided with the estimated delivery times for your region.

 

Are your Arabic Hats Unisex?

Yes all our items are Unisex except the indicated items like the women's velvet puffer jackets

How long will my package take to come?


UK delivery is 5-15 working days, we work Monday to Thursday. International delivery is 7-18 working days. 

 

Can I return a custom garment?

Are Zidouri hoodies oversized?


The fit of our hoodies and jumpers is true to size, if you wish to have an oversized fit go a size up and always check the size guide!
